How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Romans 10:14
It’s a known fact that God’s light shines brightest for people when it is most dark for them. This is why seeing the horrific unfolding of the raging war in Ukraine, helping rescue refugees, giving them the opportunity to experience peace after witnessing so much destruction, it is imperative that as believers we bring Yeshua’s Good News to those who need it most right now. In the upcoming days, we will be organizing a gospel outreach event in Nazareth for the refugees that have been rescued and have made their way to Israel, and are currently being cared for by Beit Hallel. Evangelism, sharing the gospel, reaching the lost – it is such an important part of our vision at Beit Hallel Congregation, as well as part of our identity as Yeshua’s disciples. These evangelism events are an incredibly powerful tool in reaching Jewish people with the gospel and the love of God in critical times as these. We’ve invested a lot in this event, just to be able to give people the opportunity to hear the gospel, to encounter God in their darkest hour! But we still need your help. You can be a part of the spiritual “rescue” these people also need right now! This is such a crucial time, and we want to encourage the body of Christ to be vigil and recognize the times we’re living in. Investing in salvation in Israel means keeping our lamps well oiled for the imminent return of Jesus our Lord.
