For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7
In Hebrew, the word spirit is “ru’ach”, which translates as “wind”. I remember so many times in my life when I would sense the spirit of fear coming into my life and attacking me. I would pray against it and resist it, but I would always wonder where it comes from.
Fear is a spirit, according to the Word of God. It is a demonic presence that comes to destroy us from within. It tears down our confidence in the Lord, our boldness with which we come before His throne. It’s trying to rob us of our God-given authority in the name of Yeshua.
The scripture in 2 Timothy 1:7 is a powerful reminder that we didn’t receive fear from God. We received power, love, and a sound mind from the Lord. Those are the things we are to hold on to, not fear.
Today I want to pray for you, against attacks of spirit to fear in your life. We might come under the attack, but we must always remember we have authority in the name of Jesus to overcome and break down demonic attacks and spirit of fear when it seeps into our lives.
Pastor Israel is releasing this special prayer over your life, from Jerusalem; for the power of Yeshua to be released in your life, for the Holy Spirit to come and help you overcome these attacks, as you receive His blessings and victory.
In the name of Jesus, I cast out the spirit of fear, and I pray the Lord breaks the spirit of fear over our lives. I pray against attacks of the spirit of fear, and I proclaim the Word of God over our lives: the spirit of power, love, and sound mind. The love of Christ to reign in our lives!
