Supporting Aliyah as Israel gears towards a record number of returning Jews in light of the possible war in Ukraine
The unfolding crisis between Russia and Ukraine has been difficult to ignore even if you live all the way across the world. The situation has been extremely tense and explosive, with an all-out war has become a probable option.
The U.S., along with several other countries have been evacuating their citizens, as well as their embassies in Ukraine, while Israel has been keeping alert in light of large Jewish communities in both Ukraine and Russia.
Aside from urgent evacuation flights for Israeli citizens, we’ve also been witnessing an overwhelming number of Jews seeking to leave Ukraine permanently and make urgent Aliyah to Israel in light of the situation.
As you can imagine, someone who is quite literally fleeing a potential war zone doesn’t have time to prepare and take much of their belongings with them. Most families leave these days with nothing more than one suitcase in their hand, arriving in Israel with absolutely nothing to make their life here. Many don’t even have a mattress to sleep on, a blanket to cover their children with, or a fork to eat with.
Our Humanitarian Relief Project for Olim, we provide each family with a basic kit for their first days, weeks, and months in the land. Anything and everything they might need on a first-time basis: mattresses, bedding, comforters, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. This is why any gift you sow towards this project is so meaningful!

God is not finished gathering His people back from the nations. Situations, like the unfolding one in Ukraine, serve as a reminder for us believers to keep vigil, because the Lord is moving even as we speak, and is fulfilling His word. We cannot be mere observers, we have to become partners with Him in the fulfillment of these last-day prophecies regarding the return of the Jewish people to their ancient homeland.
