Celebrating the Vision
“Write down the vision and inscribe it clearly on tablets, So that one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
Habakkuk 2:2-3
The vision seemed too big and completely unattainable. When the Lord spoke to Pastor Israel, giving him a vision about starting a new congregation, his first response was that it just was not possible, given the circumstances at the time. However, when the Lord gives you a mission that is far bigger than you, it means He will be the one to drive it forward and ensure that it will come to pass.
In less than two weeks, Beit Hallel will be celebrating its 18th anniversary. What an incredible milestone! It seems the time passed in the blink of an eye. Although the journey has been filled with challenges and obstacles, we have also seen many victories won by the favor of God. He has also blessed us with a hardworking team who are driven by the love of God and people.
From the beginning, Pastor Israel knew he had an apostolic calling that would reach far beyond just establishing a local congregation. God’s plans would require him to think past the boundaries of his city and reach out to the entire nation.
As the ministry grew over the years, we have been able to plant and cultivate 7 additional congregations all over Israel. Biblical cities like Ashkelon, Eilat, Be’er Sheva, Ramle, Rishon le Zion, Nazaret, Kiryat Gat — were all places we have planted congregations. These growing communities have been greatly impacted by this ministry.
So much of what we’ve been able to do over the years with planting, building, and cultivating congregations across Israel is largely thanks to your support and partnership. YOU have been an integral part of our journey by allowing God to use you to build His kingdom in Israel! Your prayers, ongoing support, generosity, and genuine love have been the driving force of the work you see today. You helped us through the challenges, so the victories God gave us are also yours!
On the eve of our 18th anniversary, we just wanted to say THANK YOU, for being a part of our journey, for being a watchman on the walls of this Land, and for partnering with the Lord in making His plans for Israel a reality!
