The prophetic scripture that God gave us at the onset of our work in Israel comes from Isaiah 40:9:
You who bring good news to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who bring good news to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with a shout, lift it up, do not be afraid; say to the towns of Judah, “Here is your God!”
This has become and continues to be, the goal of our ministry. Bringing the good news to Zion by proclaiming to the people of Ashdod and the surrounding cities of Judah that the God of Israel loves them so much that He has sent His only-begotten son Jesus to the world, so that the world through Him might be saved.
To that end, we are hard at work to keep the momentum going in preparing our new building in service of the Lord and to create a sanctuary where Israelis from all walks of life in Ashdod and the surrounding cities can come to know and worship Yeshua.
