A Testimony from Natalie
Miracles were never meant to be confined to church walls. They are the fingerprints of God – Holy reminders woven into our everyday lives, whispering that He is near, ready to heal, restore, and love. That’s why they so often unfold in quiet, unexpected places — in moments that seem ordinary, but are charged with divine purpose. Sometimes, it starts in a quiet conversation, in a place where hearts are gently tended, like the space where I (Natalie) meet women every day as their nail technician.
From His Nails to Her Nails
Tehilah came in one afternoon, brought by her husband. She was in a fragile state as she was dizzy, disoriented and barely able to function. Doctors had examined her thoroughly but found nothing wrong. According to every test, she was perfectly healthy, yet she could hardly stand on her own. As she opened up to me, I felt the Lord nudge my heart. She needed hope, not just her nails tended to. I gently shared with her about Yeshua – the One who not only heals bodies, but brings peace, freedom and fullness of life. This whole interaction wasn’t just about her nails – it was about His nails on the cross, His ultimate sacrifice made for her. Though a native Hebrew-speaking Israeli, she was open and receptive. We prayed together a simple but powerful prayer of repentance, healing and deliverance.
A Holy Moment
Just three days later, she returned – this time on her own, radiant and full of energy. Her symptoms had vanished. She was going out again, even returning to work. A few days after that, she visited once more, joyful and strong. As I was quietly praying for another woman nearby, Tehilah turned to her and said with conviction, “Yes, let her pray for you. She prayed for me, and God healed me!” It was a holy moment. I’m in awe of what God does when we simply make space for Him to move. He is alive. He heals. He answers faithfully.
He sent out His word and healed them; He rescued them from the grave.
Psalm 107:20
VOJI Growing Disciples
Sharing the Gospel in Israel comes in many forms. Often, it’s found in small, everyday encounters, even in a nail salon. It’s in the quiet courage to offer hope where there is despair, and to invite healing where there is brokenness. One of Voice of Judah Israel’s main ministry goals is to raise up disciples. Your investment in VOJI helps equip the five-fold ministry in Israel. This happens through a variety of classes and retreats. Your active participation changes the lives for many, including Natalie and her nail clients. Please continue to partner with VOJI to raise up these disciples and pray for the many lives they touch in the Holy Land for eternity.
