Fall Biblical Feasts
A veiled Mystery with a deep meaning

In modern tradition, the Feast of Trumpets symbolizes the beginning of the Jewish New Year, but the Biblical Feast of Trumpets is so much more than that.

What is the prophetic message of this feast in the Bible?

God spoke to Moses and the nation of Israel, giving instructions on when to celebrate this feast, along with clear instructions on how they were to celebrate it.

Then the Lord (Yahweh) spoke to Moses, saying “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.’”

Leviticus 23:23-25

The Lord is commanding no work to be done on this day. The only thing to be done and heard in the land is the blowing of trumpets.

Interestingly enough, for Day of Atonement and Feast of Tabernacles, God gives us a specific explanation of why the trumpets are to be blown and what they actually signify. The Feast of Trumpets, however, is covered by a veil of mystery only to be revealed to us in God’s time
