Fighting the Hidden War

Amidst the chaos of war, there lies a deeper, often overlooked battle – the hidden war of the  struggle in poverty that many civilians endure. Hardship in the ongoing conflict-affected areas has surged, leaving many families desporate to meet basic needs. While the media remains hyper focused on the needs of the Palestinians, struggles of Israeli’s are overlooked and marginalized. We have forgotten that as Christians we have been called by God to bless and bring comfort to His beloved people.

Behind the Scenes
As the fall season settles in and temperatures begin to drop, Israel finds itself in the midst of both war and an approaching winter. Sadly, many families, already stretched thin by conflict and displacement, do not have the most basic necessities—warm blankets, pillows, or bedding—to keep them comfortable and safe through the cold months ahead.

Will you bless just even one family? With your gift of $40, you can provide a complete winter kit, bringing warmth and comfort to those enduring these difficult times.

This is where you, as part of our faith community, step in and become the blessing God has called you to be. VOJI is launching a special Winter Relief Project to provide essential winter kits to families in need. Each kit includes blankets, comforters, pillows, sheets—the simple items many of us take for granted but are luxuries to thousands of people in Israel right now.

Your generous support will make a tremendous impact on the these lives. Whether they are displaced by war, newly arrived immigrants, or single mothers struggling to make ends meet, your gifts are an answer to their prayers.

The Tangible
This is the perfect season for you to extend God’s love in a tangible way. In these times of desperation, many people are searching for hope and reassurance. They feel lost, alone, and yearning for some kind of a lifeline. This is where the love and compassion of Jesus can shine through.
As His follower, you have an incredible opportunity to be that lifeline. Together, we can remind them that they are not forgotten. Christians will faithfully stand by their side, as loving families do!
