Having started my ministry as an evangelist on the streets of Tel Aviv in the 90’s, I remember I would spend days on end approaching people and reaching out to them, looking to speak to anyone who would be willing to listen. It was a very challenging time, and the hearts of Israelis were so much more closed than they are today. God has truly been working in this nation, touching hearts and lives because we see a definite shift. People’s hearts are so much more open to the gospel, that we simply cannot allow this moment to pass us by. Yeshua called us to become “Fishers of men”, He showed us how to reach people and He will finish the work He has started with them. That is why evangelism is still at the very core of our ministry’s vision. Reaching people with the gospel has to be a priority, as well as an active part of our work. It is our mandate from God, and we must honor that. Our upcoming evangelism event in the Galilee will be a unique opportunity for so many people to hear the gospel for the first time in their lives. To be able to hear the gospel in the same place where it was first preached by Yeshua carries profound meaning. God will touch people in a very special way, while we work towards putting the finishing touches on this upcoming event.
