Attack!
Recently, hundreds of drones, ballistic missiles, as well as cruise missiles were fired at Israel from Iranian soil. It was an unprecedented attack of considerable magnitude. Together with our allies (U.S., Britain, among others), Israel managed to intercept and thwart 99% of the missiles. However, when you take a closer look you will see it was clearly God’s protecting hand that kept Israel safe.
Israel is known for its high level of technology and resources available to stop this attack, but all the glory belongs to God. He was the one who gave Israel all the wisdom and knowledge to develop the necessary defense system ahead of time in preparation. Because of this, Israel had a remarkably high percentage of interception, at 99%! What is even more amazing is the high number of missiles and rockets that did not even reach Israel. Many were intercepted over Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and even Iraq by their governments. Additionally, many of the rockets launched failed within the enemy’s own borders. It was a reminder of God’s miraculous intervention in the ancient wars of Israel, turning the enemy’s army against themselves. However, the most miraculous thing was that despite the massive attack, there was no damage, only one casualty out of the entire country.
One of the most surreal moments was witnessing the intense barrage of missiles over Al-Aqsa Mosque on Temple Mount, considered to be one of the most holy places of the Muslims. If Israel had allowed even one missile to make it through, it would have most likely hit Al-Aqsa mosque. Although the Bible predicts it will happen eventually, it was the Israeli Defense Forces that protected Al-Aqsa mosque from the Iranian attack that would have destroyed it completely.
