Leading Them to Water

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13

Is there anything quite like the relief of a glass of water on a hot day? The satisfaction of quenching your thirst is in many ways life-giving. We literally can’t live without that water. Similarly, Voice of Judah Israel’s evangelism events with our Beit Hallel congregations, are comparable to that refreshing glass of water – the initial moment of clarity to those who are spiritually thirsty. What happens next is just as critical – guiding them to the source of water so they never thirst again.

Split Focus
When VOJI’s evangelism events are planned, an equal amount of focus and preparation go to the post-evangelism discipleship work. The power of God to save and satisfy an otherwise unquenchable thirst doesn’t end with the first glass of water the evangelism event offers to those thirsting for their Redeemer.

The Jerusalem evangelism event is coming up soon and so much thought has already being given to the next discipleship course. This will give those who accept Yeshua the ability to learn more and connect to Christ in a deeper way. They will get connected to other Messianic believers to find mutual support.

Watering Faith to Grow
Weekly Bible studies will connect people both together as a group and closer to their Creator. Our Beit Hallel teams will guide them through scriptures during this new beginning of their spiritual journey. The fellowship will be in a warm inviting environment with food and coffee. The participants will have the opportunity to open their hearts to each other and encounter more and more of the Lord in a very personal way.

Please lift our team in prayer as they prepare for both the evangelism event and discipleship course – the initial glass of water and the eventual leading to the water source. They pour a lot into these events and are excited to see so many get to know Yeshua as their Lord and Savior. Please join us in providing the way and guiding the lost sheep in Israel to the water source that will never run dry. Your support has life-giving impact that extends eternally.

Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:13-14
