Sason, Ilya and Daneen visit the IDF in southern Israel with Purim gifts and encouragement.

Purim for the Protectors

Just as Queen Esther stood in the gap for Israel in her time, today this weighty responsibility rests on the shoulders of the Israeli Defense Force soldiers. These brave men and women put their lives on the line daily to protect God’s Holy Land and the people He calls His own. As Christians we have both a duty and honor to support them however we can.

They Don’t Battle Alone
In celebration of Purim, Voice of Judah Israel joyfully distributed 180 Purim gifts to these soldiers at the Gaza border. Thanks to your partnership, each gift was filled with treats and encouragement. Through this token of appreciation, VOJI was able to share the love of the Lord with prayers and a reminder that they don’t battle for Israel alone.

The soldiers expressed both gratitude and surprise the moment they realized these blessings were from Christians across the world. The Bible commands us to stand with Israelis, yet when they experience it perhaps for the first time, their hearts are deeply moved. It was a powerful reminder of the unbreakable bond between Christians and Israel – one built on faith, love and God’s unchanging promises.

You Lift Them Up
The war against Hamas has resumed and with growing threats from Houthis in Yemen, the IDF soldiers face tremendous challenges daily. We covet your prayers for their protection as well as for a peace that can only come from Yeshua. Your continued financial partnership enables our team to provide them with not only gifts like this but much needed supplies. Our teams frequently visit IDF soldiers to provide them clothes, blankets, food and other necessary items.

Your support of the IDF means more than you know. God has called them to such a mighty task, and with your prayers and provisions, VOJI is lifting them up for such a time as this. YOU are lifting them up, for such a time as this!

“Blessed are you, Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord? He is your shield and helper and your glorious sword. Your enemies will cower before you, and you will tread on their heights.” Deuteronomy 33:29.
