Within one minute of prayer, it happened. Elena’s prayers were answered! While the process has been lengthy, God’s timing was immediate on the day that He ordained. Elena’s journey with Voice of Judah Israel began in 2019. She first encountered the love of Yeshua through our Alpha Discipleship Course. Through the years, her heart’s desire was to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the gifting to speak in tongues. Although she was hungry for more of the Holy Spirit, this one area remained just out of reach.
Priceless Encounters
Our team never gave up on believing the Lord would answer Elena in His timing. This divine moment came at one of our recent Bible studies. The topic was extremely relevant as the study was on the gifts of the Holy Spirit. With your prayers and provisions, VOJI is always prepared to meet the seeking. Through you, our ministry is equipped with the necessary resources for classes, excursions and so much more to bring the Gospel to life. There is no price tag on the encounters Israelis are having with the Messiah for their very first time.
Elena would ask for her prayers to be answered from our VOJI team members. This time was different and she could sense it. With tears in her eyes, she proclaimed, “I know I’m going to speak in tongues today. Will you pray for me?” There was a new sense of expectancy in her voice – like something deep within her knew this was the moment she had been praying for all these years.
