The Gospel Cannot Wait:
Standing Together for Israel’s Salvation

There are millions of people living in Israel today who have never had a personal conversation with someone about Jesus as their Messiah. For many, the New Testament remains unfamiliar, and the message of salvation through Jesus is something they have never seriously considered.

Yet behind every person is a story. Some are carrying the pain of recent years, others are worried about their families and the future, and many are simply trying to get through another day. In the midst of all this, we believe there is a tremendous need for people to hear the hope found in the Gospel.

And this week, believers from Israel and around the world are coming together to share that hope.

Four Days With One Purpose

The Gospel Cannot Wait: Standing Together for Israel's Salvation

From November 3–6, our ministry team in Israel is participating in The Good News Project, a four-day initiative bringing Israeli and international believers together for evangelism, prayer, and discipleship.

Teams will be reaching out in Jerusalem, Ashdod, Ashkelon, and other Israeli cities, taking time to speak with people, listen to their questions, and share the message of Jesus through personal conversations and Scripture.

What makes this outreach especially meaningful is the partnership between local Israeli believers and Christians who have traveled from other nations to stand alongside them.

For the visiting teams, it is an opportunity to share their faith in the land where Jesus Himself walked and ministered. For the Israeli believers, it is an encouragement to know they are not alone in their desire to see their own people come to know the Messiah.

Not every conversation will lead to an immediate response. Some people may be hearing about Jesus for the first time, while others may have questions that take months or even years to work through. But each encounter is an opportunity to listen, build understanding, and share what the Scriptures teach.

The Work Doesn’t End When the Outreach Is Over

One of the greatest strengths of this initiative is that our ministry partners in Israel are already involved in ongoing evangelism and discipleship.

Through Beit Hallel’s congregations, Bible studies, personal follow-up, and the recently completed Evangelism and Discipleship Center in Ashdod, people who express an interest in learning more about Jesus can continue exploring the Scriptures and growing in their faith.

This matters because coming to faith is often a journey. A conversation on the street may be someone’s first introduction to the Gospel, but having local believers available to answer questions and offer friendship can make an important difference in what happens afterward.

Our Greatest Request: Please Pray With Us

In Romans 10:14–15, the Apostle Paul asks:

“And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?”

These words are especially meaningful as our teams go out across Israel this week.

More than anything, we are asking you to stand with them in prayer.

Pray that God will prepare the hearts of the people they meet. Pray for meaningful conversations, for wisdom and sensitivity in sharing the Gospel, and for the safety and strength of everyone participating. Pray also that those who want to learn more will be connected with local believers who can continue walking alongside them.

Above all, please pray that many Jewish people will come to recognize Jesus as their promised Messiah.

There is also a practical need. We still need $1,500 to cover the remaining costs of The Good News Project, including transportation, meals, and other essential expenses for the teams.

If you feel led to give, your contribution will help meet these needs and support the outreach taking place across Israel.

Whether you are standing with us in prayer, giving financially, or doing both, your partnership means so much.

Thank you for caring about the people of Israel and for standing alongside the believers who are sharing the Good News of Jesus in His own homeland.
