Every generation faces a defining question: Who will carry the Gospel forward? Who will stand firm when life becomes difficult? Who will boldly live for Yeshua in a nation that desperately needs His hope? Who will become the pastors, worship leaders, teachers, soldiers, business owners, parents, and faithful witnesses who will help shape Israel’s future?
These future leaders are not formed overnight.
They are shaped through faithful discipleship, godly mentors, genuine community, and a deep love for God’s Word. That is why investing in young believers is one of the most important callings God has given His people.
Every summer, Voice of Judah Israel partners with Beit Hallel Congregation to invest in the next generation through our Summer Youth Discipleship Program. Young believers from across Israel come together for an entire month of spiritual growth before military service, university, careers, marriage, and the responsibilities of adult life begin pulling them in different directions. During this important season, they receive something that will remain with them for the rest of their lives—a strong biblical foundation rooted in Yeshua.
Throughout the month, participants immerse themselves in Scripture, worship together, spend time in prayer, receive personal mentorship, develop leadership skills, serve others through practical outreach, and build lasting friendships with fellow believers who continue encouraging one another long after the program ends. They also visit many of the places where the events of the Bible unfolded, allowing God’s Word to come alive in a deeply personal way. These experiences become far more than unforgettable memories—they become anchors of faith that many will carry throughout their lives.
It is always exciting to wonder where God will lead each young person who takes part.
Some may one day pastor congregations or lead worship. Others may faithfully serve in the Israel Defense Forces with courage and integrity. Some will become teachers, doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, husbands, wives, mothers, and fathers who raise families firmly rooted in God’s truth. Others will quietly influence their workplaces and communities simply by living out the Gospel each day.
We cannot know where every path will lead, but we do know this: when God’s Word takes deep root in a young heart, its fruit can bless countless lives for generations to come.
That is why our Summer Youth Discipleship Program is far more than a month of activities.
It is an investment in the future of the Body of Messiah in Israel. As Paul encouraged Timothy,
“What you have heard from me… entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others also”
2 Timothy 2:2
This is how God’s Kingdom advances—one life investing in another, one generation preparing the next.
This summer, approximately 30 young believers will participate in the program. The total cost is approximately US$13,300, and it costs about US$445 to sponsor one participant for the entire month. That includes Bible teaching, discipleship, worship, mentorship, leadership development, outreach opportunities, transportation, educational activities, and fellowship.
For many of these young people, what happens during these few weeks will influence the course of an entire lifetime.
