“Many of these kids come from believing homes, but the God they’ve known is the God of their parents. Now, they’re encountering Him as their own.”
A Voice of Judah Israel team leader shared this sentiment regarding the youth who are participating in this year’s “Summer for God” ministry program. This intentional time spent growing, learning, serving and worshiping makes Yeshua more real to this next generation of disciples in Israel. Experiencing the Lord as well as the fellowship with their peers makes this “Summer for God” transcend this season. They will take these convictions into their homes, communities, schools and into their future. Our ministry’s life-changing programs are possible with partners like you joining us in this mission.
Real Faith. Real Fun. Real Growth.
For many Israeli youngsters, “Summer for God”’ is a turning point. In a season filled with distractions, confusion and constant noise, they’ve found space to breathe, grow and meet God for themselves — not just as someone their parents talk about, but as their own personal Savior. Lives have been touched, questions turned into convictions and real friendships formed around a shared hunger for truth.
Throughout the summer, our youth have gathered in homes, on beaches and in parks. They’ve ate together and worshipped. These Israeli teens have been digging into Scripture, resulting in honest conversations about life as well as faith. Laughter, prayer and real spiritual hunger have been familiar components of this experience. These aren’t just summer activities, they’re foundations for life. These Israeli teens are learning how to interact with people and how to understand Yeshua as they come together united in their desire to get closer to the Lord.
What’s Next?
As we head into the final weeks of “Summer for God,” we’re not slowing down. We’re digging deeper with more opportunities for teens to encounter God, grow in character and step into leadership. We believe this generation isn’t just the future of the Body, they’re part of it right now.
Please join us in prayer that every moment still ahead this summer would be filled with the presence of God and His purpose. Your partnership with VOJI also provides resources for youth discipleship all year long. It’s an important investment you can make today to sow into the future of Israel, one Israeli teen at a time.
