Every week we meet Jewish families who have recently returned to their homeland. Some have fled war. Others have left countries where antisemitism has once again become part of everyday life. They arrive carrying more than a few suitcases—they carry hope, uncertainty, and the challenge of building an entirely new life.
For parents, preparing for a new school year is usually a familiar routine.
But for families making aliyah (immigrating to Israel), the weeks before school begins are filled with far greater challenges. They are learning Hebrew, finding housing, navigating unfamiliar systems, and helping their children adjust to a new culture while settling into the land God promised to their forefathers.
That is why, through our Beit Hallel Congregation in Israel, Voice of Judah Israel is once again launching our From Exile to Israel Project. This year, we are preparing to equip 350 immigrant children with backpacks, school supplies, and educational vouchers so they can begin their first school year in Israel with confidence.
Yet every backpack carries something far more valuable than school supplies. It tells each child and every parent: “You are not alone. Welcome home.”
This project reflects the heart of our ministry. At Voice of Judah Israel, we exist to connect believers around the world with what God is doing in Israel today. Through your prayers and generosity, we are able to stand alongside Jewish families during one of the most important transitions of their lives, offering practical help while demonstrating the love of the Messiah.
As we watch these families return from the nations, we are reminded of God’s promise through the prophet Ezekiel:
“I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land.”
Ezekiel 36:24
Today, those words continue to unfold before our eyes. Every family that arrives, every child who begins school, and every new life established in Israel is another reminder that God remains faithful to His covenant promises.
The first day of school is drawing near, and hundreds of children are still waiting to be equipped.
- A gift of $50 provides essential school supplies.
- A gift of $100 provides a backpack filled with everything a child needs to begin the school year with confidence.
- A gift of $220 fully equips one immigrant child for this important new beginning.
Whatever God places on your heart, your generosity becomes far more than practical assistance. Through our ministry in Israel, your gift becomes a practical expression of God’s love, reminding every family that believers around the world are standing with them as they begin this new chapter.
Thank you for partnering with Voice of Judah Israel.
Together we are helping hundreds of Jewish children begin their new lives knowing they are welcomed, supported, and deeply loved.
